The Canon Control Ring EF(S) – EOS R Adapter allows you to attach your Canon EF and EF-S lenses to the Canon EOS R mirrorless camera. That way, you don’t need to replace your entire collection of lenses when you make the switch from a SLR to a system camera. With the control ring, you adjust the different settings, including the aperture, the shutter speed, and the ISO value. You get to fine-tune the setting of the control ring. When you’re changing the settings, you’ll feel a click at every half or one third stop. If you want to record smooth video images, just switch off the click. The adapter supports image stabilization and autofocus on the EF(S) lenses. That way, you don’t lose any image quality.
